As part of the largest annual startup conference Startup Village 2019, the Ipchains Association and the Skolkovo Foundation launched a joint discussion platform IPQuorum.Start. During two days of leading Russian and foreign IP gurus, technological innovators, futurologists and tech entrepreneurs discussed what pitfalls they face budding business innovators, what the startup boom can turn into for the digital economy, how important it is to be able to properly evaluate and dispose of intellectual property in startup and many other topical issues of the digital world.

Also on the site IPQuorum.Start was made by one of the most influential thinkers of our time, futurist and business consultant Patrick Dixon. The expert gave advice to beginners he told entrepreneurs what challenges the digital market should meet any startup.
Within sessions "Tech.Provoke: young Zuckerbergs" participants openly and "without hype" they talked about the real problems that startups go through, discussed the problems, the Russian Zuckerbergs face, and have outlined strategies for effective development of startups in the intellectual property market. In the discussion "Tech.Provoke: Beyond Digital Platforms" experts discussed which the strategy should be followed by platform startups to become in demand in the intellectual property market.
A new educational program was also presented "Intellectual Property in the Digital Economy" at the Department of Digital Economics RGAIS, developed jointly by the IPChain Association, the Federation of Intellectual Property property and the Skolkovo Foundation. Experts stressed that this program will give the opportunity to understand how public relations affect the development of the institute intellectual property, and how it is monetized.
